Most manufacturer warranties require an annual service to stay valid, and small issues are far cheaper to fix before they cause a breakdown.
Typically 30–45 minutes for a straightforward domestic boiler.
Same – next day for most breakdowns within the coverage area. Evening and weekend appointments are available too, at £150 per hour for anything after 8pm or on weekends.
